The effect of gold Nanoparticles on Structural and Electrical properties of WO3 thin films

چکیده
Chemical spray pyrolysis technique was used at temperature 250˚C with annealing 400C˚( for 1hour) to deposition tungsten oxide thin film different doping concentration of Au nanoparticle (0, 10, 20, 30 and 40) wt.% on glass substrate thickness about 100 nm. The structural electrical properties were investigated. structure shows that the films by x-ray diffraction (XRD) (250˚C) amorphous while have a polycrystalline preferred orientation (200) , all samples hexagonal WO3 gold nanoparticles cubic .The mechanisms dc-conductivity un-doped doped (10,20,30 range (303 473) K been discussed there is decrease in conductivity increase hall measurements show negative coefficient nH increases dopant ratio decreasing carrier mobility (μH) increasing .
